The AI learns your tone, humor, and selling techniques automatically from your existing conversations — no manual setup required. Every response can be reviewed before sending, or you can enable full auto-reply for hands-free operation.

Most creators are fully operational within 30 minutes. Connect your OnlyFans account, set your boundaries and preferences, and you're live. The AI automatically analyzes your existing conversations to learn your style and improves with every interaction.

Velvet's AI can converse fluently in English and Spanish, with automatic language detection. The platform interface is available in both languages. Additional languages are on our roadmap.

Pro is for single-creator accounts at $179/month with a 5% AI revenue share. You get the full platform — vault sync, AI tagging, fan insights, 24/7 auto-reply, PPV monetization, marketing tools, and Nova growth engine. Agency is for managing multiple creator accounts under one login at $179/month per creator with a 4% AI revenue share. Agency adds team chatter assignments with role permissions, priority support with a dedicated Slack channel, and custom onboarding.

Both plans include a revenue share on AI-generated revenue only — 5% on Pro and 4% on Agency. Velvet only earns when the AI successfully makes you money: if the AI sends a message that leads to a purchase, we take our cut of that transaction. Revenue from your own manual messages is never charged.

Yes. Pro is for a single creator account. As soon as you connect a second creator, your account auto-upgrades to Agency, which lets you manage unlimited creators from one login at $179 per creator per month with a lower 4% rev-share. Agency also unlocks team chatter assignments, role-based permissions, and a full audit log.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. All fees are final and non-refundable — see our Terms of Service for details.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use multi-tenant isolation so your data is completely separated from other users. We never sell personal data, and our AI training uses anonymized, aggregated patterns — not your raw conversations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

After cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate. After that, it's permanently deleted. You can request an export of your data at any time before deletion by contacting us.
